"The Dirty Soul Chai was ok, but a bit small in my opinion for a $7 coffee. The Dutch Pancake Poppers were a complete disappointment they look nothing like the picture shown and were just basic, nothing special at all. The Spicy B was a decent sandwich, good flavor but again, nothing special and a bit pricey for what you are getting I think. The Togarashi Hashbrown was absolutely delightful. The item looks exactly like the photo, so I did not provide one. The Matcha Latte is one of the better local offerings. I think the reason others give it lower ratings is because they are wanting something sweeter. If you want REAL ceremonial grade Matcha, order from here and add honey. My only slight eye roll is that you have to pay for sweetener. However, I'm fine paying a few cents for honey, as long as the grade of matcha stays high and the overall cost remains slightly lower than the other local haunts, that use a lot of syrup and matcha that's been overflushed."

"The food was fine tastes like it should, the service on the other hand is what I had problems with. I put in a pick-up order got there when I was told it would be ready within 15 15-minute window the food was not ready. I watched her stick it in the bag without the Caramel or Peanuts and then hand it to me. She realized it was wrong without me saying anything and fixed it which I did appreciate. I made it a pickup order cause I was on break and in a rush, not her fault but she was not busy helping other guests or doing anything but talking to another person.
