"That was my first Blackened Salmon BLT and it was the WOW factor. It was so delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection. When it arrived through Doordash it was still very warm and the sandwich was so big, that is not a complaint though. Those hushpuppies were the best I have ever had. Don't know what you do to make them so delicious but keep doing it, couldn't stop eating them and I am not a big potato woman, but I believe you just made me one! "Burtons, six years ago, was excellent. These days it's inconsistent and when getting delivery, portions of the meals are regularly missing. This delivery, guacamole was missing from the California Chicken Sandwich. The Mac and Cheese was elbow macaroni, not the spiral, and just meh. Trader Joe's frozen Mac n Cheese is (sadly) much better. The flavors used to be elevated, but are now barely there. For the fingerling potatoes, a couple were not fully cooked. I've been giving Burtons second chances, but until changes are made, we'll have to look elsewhere for healthy food. I hope the restaurant survives, since they're great for allergies, but they need to find their roots."
