This Larb was not what i expected, and i have eaten Larb in many Thai restaurants prior to this. In this the flavors were all wrong, IMO. all I could taste was sugar and basil. i got no taste of lemongrass, fish sauce, and no umami from rice powder. The chicken wasn't ground to a consistent small size. It almost seemed over cooked and firm.

Mama's could benefit from clarifying their menu options on Doordash by making the protein choices more clear. Lots of Intestines. But, with this dish a balance is best.
However, even though Intestines are super expensive, and i appreciate the extra, I would have preferred to purchase an order of Intestines, separate from this order of intestines and sour vegetables.

"S2. Grilled BBQ Pork Sandwich was delicious. The bread was crispy but does not cut your gums. The grilled pork was flavorful and well seasoned. The meat to veggie ratio was great. Fillings were not skimpy at all and well worth the price. The mayo and sauce was delicious but the down side was that after a while the sauce made the bread soggy and everything started to fall out. No problem cus I just picked up whatever fillings fell on the wrapper and ate them still.
S3. Lemongrass Sandwich, was delicious, my friend ate the whole Sandwich in one sitting which never happens. The meat was flavorful and you can taste the lemongrass. Needs a tad more salt but overall still delicious!
