"So I had the Build Your Own Smoke Stack (bottom layer is mac and cheese) with baked potato casserole. The casserole wasn't available BUT I went with the suggestion of baked beans. Pretty fire, I'm impressed. My protein choice was fried chicken (it has a pretty good herb seasoning BTW) and I added onion and bacon. Portions were well dished because I had an equal amount to the baked beans and mac in terms of my add ons and fried chicken.
