The food is so flavorful and there are so many options for vegan dressings which I appreciate with an egg allergy. The Mediterranean Soul Bowl feels a lot heartier than a salad when it's just as many veggies. The Funky Monkey is so tasty you'd never know it's full of nutrients. However the hummus needed more salt badly & maybe some olive oil to make creamier. Very garlicky (yum!) It's not bad, but could be improved. The homemade crackers are delicious! Egg soufflé croissant was very good, but also lacking in salt.
I will note: I have a medical condition that means I need more salt in my diet, so others may be okay w/ the amount of salt they used.
