The Conga Burrito was like a throwback to my youth to when my family made burritos. Meat, rice, and refried beans. No frills. And no crazy sauces or tons of ingredients to mask any flaws. Meat was tender, rice was fluffy, and the beans were creamy but not runny.
The Carnitas*burrito was rich and succulent. The meat was tender, juicy, and fatty in a way that melt in your mouth. The avocado complimented the pork perfectly. By itself was delicious, but it became elevated when paired with the salsa verde. Like a match made in heaven.
This is the third time I've ordered from there and the burritos and chimichangas have always excelled in each. The enchiladas are mid, but might be a good choice (especially if they're still BOGO) for kids. Excellent portions as well. Will be ordering here or going to the restaurant in person in the future."
