"I am a regular IHOP customer, and this is the first time I have been genuinely disappointed with a meal I ordered from this location.First, my order included pancakes, but the syrup was missing, which meant I couldn't properly enjoy them.
I also ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette. The meat was overcooked, there was hardly any cheese in the omelette, and the fresh avocado that is supposed to come with it was completely missing.
Additionally, I ordered the Colorado Omelette, and once again, the meat was overcooked. It is supposed to be served with salsa, but it was not included in the order either.
The side of hash browns was also an extremely small portion. In fact, when I first opened the container, I thought it was empty because there was so little in it.
As a loyal customer, this experience was very disappointing. Missing items, poor portion sizes, and overcooked ingredients are not what I have come to expect from IHOP. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering again from the IHOP location at 2345 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX.
I hope that reviews are taken seriously by management and make an effort to improve the quality of their service."

"this is what the Carne Asada Fries really look like. It was much smaller than the photo. It came with short crinkle cut fries in a tiny circular container. The unseasoned meat chunks were tough and again look nothing like the photo with a much smaller portion of the meat. Extremely overpriced for what you truly get. So disappointed in the food here do not trust their photos! I would never order from them again. I ordered 3 items (2 fries and chicken wing box) and only got two tiny sauces with the chicken wing box only!"
