"I am a regular IHOP customer, and this is the first time I have been genuinely disappointed with a meal I ordered from this location.First, my order included pancakes, but the syrup was missing, which meant I couldn't properly enjoy them.
I also ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette. The meat was overcooked, there was hardly any cheese in the omelette, and the fresh avocado that is supposed to come with it was completely missing.
Additionally, I ordered the Colorado Omelette, and once again, the meat was overcooked. It is supposed to be served with salsa, but it was not included in the order either.
The side of hash browns was also an extremely small portion. In fact, when I first opened the container, I thought it was empty because there was so little in it.
As a loyal customer, this experience was very disappointing. Missing items, poor portion sizes, and overcooked ingredients are not what I have come to expect from IHOP. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering again from the IHOP location at 2345 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX.
I hope that reviews are taken seriously by management and make an effort to improve the quality of their service."

However, the actual fry itself was a bit too soft for my liking. I tossed them in an air fryer. There was plenty. The chicken came as original. I didn't see an option to switch it to spicy until after my order was placed but even the OG had a decent enough flavor. It was not bland as many mentioned. It was crispy, crunchy,and fresh.
Even after having to wait about 25-35 mins for it to arrive. The spaghetti was not all that great. Definitely different from a normal spaghetti taste. For $40bucks this was a great deal and decent amount of food. It fed 3 of us and we have about 3pieces left. The Peach Mango Pie was delicious. Crispy and sweet. The filling is really runny though . Other than that , this was a great experience altogether.

The Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper® Meal had little to none of the ingredients. two tiny strips of bacon that I had to look for, and a pinch of crispy onions that had I not opened the burger to see inside it i would not have known these these ingredients were there. if they continue serving food this way I will not order from them again."

"Tried the solo meal (chicken and tenders) with wedges and extra honey butter biscuits. Also got the KK sauce and buffalo sauce for my dips. The chicken and tenders were fried nicely but I prefer them a bit more crispy. Also I was a bit disappointed at the lack of flavor when eating the chicken by itself. The kk sauce was okay, a bit chunky and a tad spicy but good! Buffalo sauce was amazing! And the real star was the honey butter biscuits. Even slightly burned they were delicious! Would probably not be in a rush to order from here again but a decent meal for a more than fair price!"
"The chicken is very flavorful! As are the potato wedges! I got extra food that I didn't order but I was overall happy with everything I tasted. I was eating like a king for the price. Portions are pretty sizable. And the food was still nice and hot when it got to me. I have ordered before and it is still as good as I remember it. Would definitely order again"

"I had the 8 piece tender bite Nashville dry with Mac and cheese and a yeast roll. The portion was generous with chicken bites being roughly 2" in length. Every bite brought a smile to my face. You can taste the love that's put into making this food. The spice was not overpowering just the right amount to keep you digging for more. The Mac and cheese was creamy and the noodles were perfectly done as they did not get mushy. The yeast roll was buttery on the outside with crisp bite followed by a warm soft center that just melted in your mouth. Over all 10/10 recommend and will return."
