"I had high hopes for this location as I was a big fan of the Rowland Heights location. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with seared chashu, and they gave me 3 pieces of super thin bacon which was highly disappointing. At the Rowland Heights location the seared chashu is actual chashu that has been seared on the grill. Had the menu said 'bacon' I would have just ordered the normal chashu.
