It was chewy and stringy and grainy in texture. It was cut against the grain which made it harder to eat and there were like stringy tendons or whatever all throughout it. The portion was big but I gagged on it and spit it out. I wouldn't order beef again. The rice itself tasted good. It has the smoky char taste from how it's cooked.
