We didn't receive our drinks or dips tonight but I have a feeling it was pretty busy, being a late mid-week night as one of the few places still open. So we can't necessarily get angry with them, and I hope this opens the minds for others as well when items are missing. I had been wanting to try this since the location opened in Rochester. Saw they were on doordash and decided today was the day! I ordered a BUILD-A-BRGR (DOUBLE). I know ordering a burger for delivery can be hit or miss but this was a HIT. I can tell they took care in how they packaged it in both foil and a sturdy box. Unlike other places I have ordered burgers from the bun did not get all soggy. The burger was put together well with a great balance of toppings. The vegetables were fresh. The manky sauce gave it a tasty kick. I found the overall quality and taste to be superior to comparable restaurants. I devoured it in less than 5 minutes!"

Our dasher didn't deliver all of our food (the bags were clearly labeled that there were 2 but they only grabbed one) so the chef remade the food and delivered it to us himself. Something I didn't expect or felt he needed to do so it meant so much to us, especially after experiencing terrible customer service with DoorDash who tried to blame the restaurant.
