I wish they put chosticks and fotune cookies and more tofu dishes on the menu which I left out of consideration when rating this store. The freshness level left something to be desired and the over all smelling experience of the f ood, just gives an oil thats been over used too many times when frying. Would I order again? "we had heard that the roast beef here was excellent so we decided to try for ourselves and… Yes, the roast beef sandwich was superb! We also liked the hamburgers. Everything was packed nicely. They put the hot stuff in one bag and the salad by itself in another bag. They included napkins and utensils, which we appreciated. The only negative here was that the chef salad did not have the hard-boiled eggs as they advertised and so the kids were fighting over eggs that weren't there! I ended up having to boil my own. "I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sarku Japan in Nashua, NH.
Last Wednesday, I ordered two meals for home delivery, and what I received was completely unacceptable. Both meals contained an extremely small amount of protein. The noodles were dry, lacked flavor, and the portion of chicken was so small that it felt like I was paying mostly for noodles.
This is completely different from the meals served when dining at your mall location. The quality, freshness, and portion sizes were nowhere near what I have come to expect from your restaurant. Customers should not receive an inferior product simply because they order delivery.
My family and I have been loyal customers, but this experience has completely damaged our trust in your restaurant. I have also spoken with friends who used to enjoy ordering from this location, and they expressed similar disappointments.
Considering the poor quality of the food and the misleading portion sizes, I believe I deserve either a full refund or appropriate compensation for this order. I paid for two complete meals and did not receive the quality or value that was promised.
I sincerely hope management will review this situation, improve quality control, and contact me to resolve this matter. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly so that other customers know what to expect.
