"Tempura was to much bread crump no batter so it didn't actually have a skin or a flavor it was somehow soggy inside and overly crunchy from the bread crumbs. The veggies were better. The miso was extremely salty and a little bitter. Not the warm relaxing mix you usually get. Rice was fine but they added spices and oils to it which I've never seen before so the rice kinda felt a little oily I wish I hadn't gotten "sushi rice" and just got the plain white rice.
Traditional sushi rice doesn't have all of whatever that was added to it usually just a little mirin and then it's allowed to sit and become gummy for a day or two while keeping the firmness right.
You're not wrong if you like this. B it I certainly didn't. Won't be ordering again for the price akira sushi is much better and 1/4 the price."

It was the sillest meal I have seen. I called the restaurant and they said their menu makes it clear that you can only get a Hawaii role with the kids burger. "I've been to Social Goods before and enjoyed it. Seems like they might have upped their game. Bacon/Chicken Ranch Sandwich was perfectly balanced; the chicken was crazy crispy and not too thick (or thin), brioche was fresh, fluffy, eggy and slightly sweet. The Oven Baked Jojo's - Dirty were even better. The jojos were crispy on the outside and tender inside (surprisingly crispy given they traveled 20min). Bold choice, using raw onion on top of the jojos, but red onion was just the right zip and flavor to cut the cheese sauce. I subbed brisket and didn't discover they were out until I flipped the box open and they wrote an apology inside. I didn't get a credit for the upcharge and didn't even bother disputing it because the thick, sweet, smokey bacon was more than enough.
