Truly every time I'm sick, the 76.滑鸡粥 Chicken Congee is one of the few things that makes me feel better. It's lightly flavored, not too much, not too little, just the right amount, especially when you're ill.

"Absolutely Incredible Chinese food. some of the best I have had in a long time! The General Tso's Chicken was just wonderful. I'll be ordering it again and again .
The Crab Cheese Wonton(6) was pretty soft and puffy. More like toasty pita than crunchy wontons.

The Crabmeat Dumplings (10 Pc) were very crispy and used a thin wrapper, so they weren't doughy like they sometimes can be. They had a large amount of filling, so not skimpy or small. They were well fried and not greasy or oily. The sweet and sour sauce is really good. It is both sweet and sour, not just sweet like a lot of sauces can be. "We've been ordering food from PC Restaurant the last seven years - the food is always freshly prepared and reliably very good. We always end up over-ordering because we like so many of their dishes. If anything, the food has gotten even better over time. The only thing we miss is that recently we haven't seen chow mein with crispy noodles.
The Hot & Sour Soup (Bowl) has the right balance of acidity and heat - a lot of restaurants seem to skimp on the vinegar, but PC's is great.
Their Almond Chicken is proper - served with almonds and a proper gravy with actual flavor.
The Salt & Pepper Pork Chop and the S&P squid are both excellent "

"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting.
We also had N5. Pad Kee Mao (Thai Spiced Noodle) and N2. Pad Thai. These were both solid choices, with the shrimp on the phad thai being plentiful and good quality. That said, we're used to 3 stars being medium hot, but here it's very spicey!! "

I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. It's worth it and the best bánh mí I've had in my 30 years alive🤭"
