I am diabetic and eat Vietnamese food often -- this meal sent me through the roof -- highest in my life. Which basically tells me they replaced all the herbal flavors and fish umami with salt and sugar. I will not be returning. "

"Ordered from this place multiple times in a week when I discovered this place 😭 I don't usually ever see a crispy pork bánh mì so I wanted to try it here. I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. It's worth it and the best bánh mí I've had in my 30 years alive🤭"

Peach Black Tea with strawberry popping pearls is what I will be going back for soon. Unfortunately, the Deep Fried Bananas couldn't have been more disappointing. They were fried bread "pockets" with essentially nothing inside. There were traces of what probably started as bananas, but only traces (maybe 5% of the original volume of banana) remained after frying. "The first time I tried a banh mih sandwich was from this restaurant. I had heard of banh mih before and never thought I would like it because I'm not really a sandwich person. But I tried it on a whim from this restaurant and fell in love. Afterwards, I have tried other restaurants in the area that specialize in banh mih but none of them quite compare to this one. Perfect sandwich size, perfect filling amount and options, and the bread has the perfect crisp to it. The bubble tea options are also amazing to have on the side of your banh mih sandwich. My favorite is the Fruits Drink which has actual chunks of fruit in it and I can't seem to find this type of bubble tea anywhere else. I also pair it with the amazingly tasty Banh Mi Curry Chicken which I also can't seem to find anywhere else. It looks like I will forever be loyal to Banh Mih Bites as my go to banh mih place for as long as it exists XD. "

"The satay with 4 BIG skewers with a generous amount of peanutsauce was perfect! Pulled easily off the stick. Tender chicken breast, well cooked and piping hot. I loved the raw waffle cut cucumbers in light vinegar with a hint of sweetness, ate the whole cup!
The asparagus prawns were of good size, not fishy, also well cooked but not chewy. Remember to pull the tails off LOL . The aparagus and the vegetables were slightly crisp, no mushiness. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and whole, easily removed if not a fan. Sauce was thin, added to the flavor, no artifical colors or thickeners, so good!

"Always looking for the best pho delivery, decided to try this place out. Broth was good, order packaged with care.
Used to larger size when ordering XL. 2 bucks extra for veg amounted to two pieces of broccoli and carrot, with a bit of cabbage. Brisket was not what I'm used to, super thinly spiced, didn't care for flavor. same type of meat in the sandwich, I prefer it with steak. Probably won't order again, considering the plethora of other options around."

"Fantastic Pho! Best in the area! We have shopped around the area for pho for the past few years and nothing compares to Pho Bothell. Their bahn mi is so fresh with fresh baguettes and the flavor is always top notch. Their pho is also incredible. The broth stays hot until you're ready to eat it and the noodles never stick together. They break apart perfectly every time no matter how long you wait to eat. We order typically around 7pm and eat around 9pm and the pho is still fresh and hot. Not only is the flavor really good with everything we've purchased, they are always super friendly and punctual! We order and the order is ready in record time. Do not pass up on eating here! "
"I ordered for delivery and the items were all to well packaged. I ordered the Veggie and Tofu Pho (Pho Dau Hu) and Tofu Fresh Rolls (Goi Coun Chay ) the broth for the Pho was so delicious I almost ate half of it before realizing I had more toppings I could be adding. From what I could tell veggies included onion, cilantro, bok choy, broccoli and carrots. The Tofu Fresh rolls were good but not my favorite simply because they had just greens, noodles and tofu with a more hoisin sauce heavy peanut sauce. "
