"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting.

"We've been ordering food from PC Restaurant the last seven years - the food is always freshly prepared and reliably very good. We always end up over-ordering because we like so many of their dishes. If anything, the food has gotten even better over time. The only thing we miss is that recently we haven't seen chow mein with crispy noodles.
The Hot & Sour Soup (Bowl) has the right balance of acidity and heat - a lot of restaurants seem to skimp on the vinegar, but PC's is great.

I could not taste anything, very bland and oily. The arugula was brown and no zesty drizzle on it like it usually comes with. I subbed the coleslaw for extra rice, when the rice came there was no sauce on top, just plain jane white rice, for $26 you'd expect something drizzled over the top at least. Mac and cheese, Hawaiian Grilled Beef, and Coconut Mahi Mahi were excellent (if on the small portion size), just not $60 excellent... more like $40. Coleslaw was as bland as white bread."
