It's lightly flavored, not too much, not too little, just the right amount, especially when you're ill.

"We've been ordering food from PC Restaurant the last seven years - the food is always freshly prepared and reliably very good. We always end up over-ordering because we like so many of their dishes. If anything, the food has gotten even better over time. The only thing we miss is that recently we haven't seen chow mein with crispy noodles.
The Hot & Sour Soup (Bowl) has the right balance of acidity and heat - a lot of restaurants seem to skimp on the vinegar, but PC's is great.
Their Almond Chicken is proper - served with almonds and a proper gravy with actual flavor.

The dish cost $30, but it arrived with mostly bone and very little edible meat (photo attached). I tried contacting the restaurant directly, but no one answered my calls. I am diabetic and eat Vietnamese food often -- this meal sent me through the roof -- highest in my life.
