No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. I've never been a fan of Americanos, but I had neither tried an iced version nor had the espresso and vanilla mix...only had been able to get original, hot, black coffee and never attempted to drink one where ice was an option. The Sweet Heat Waffle Sandwich tasted amazing, despite being a little extra crispy on a few edges. The egg and sausage were nice and soft, and just the right thickness.
