"I've been a fan of their North Olmsted location for awhile. But the one in Avon? It's a shame. The meats (I've tried steak and chicken) are SALTY - not even flavorful - just salt. Their salsa was bland and just looked like a puree.
The queso is watery like soup. It doesn't even stick to the chips, it just makes them soggy. It arrived cold as well, which I will not blame the dasher for, because when I have it delivered from the North Olmsted location it's still warm.
Pretty sad to see how subpar the Avon location is. Save your money. "

"Pizza Hut is definitely not the same anymore. The marinara sauce was bland and tasted watered down. I had the Oven-Baked Italian Meats Pasta and it had absolutely no flavor. I literally had to add my own seasoning just to make it taste decent.
The Personal Pan Pizza was gross. The dough tasted old and actually had a sour taste to it, like it wasn’t fresh at all. I couldn’t even enjoy it. The breadsticks were okay.
The brownies weren’t even cut, which was annoying, but at least they actually tasted good.
Overall, the quality and flavor have really gone downhill. Definitely disappointed with this order."
