Chicken on the Run never disappoints. DoorDash messed up the BOGO chicken legs and for some reason overode that deal with a much lesser value 25% off so we had 3 legs instead of 6 for 3 people. I called Chicken on the Run and she explained what happened and it was not their fault but offered us the additional 3 legs at no additional charge. She was very kind and the food slapped.

Ordered Legs, they were great. Ordered a second time, they changed my ENTIRE order. Changed legs to breasts and ribs and charged me DOUBLE what my original order was. Breast was very subpar. Not as crispy as legs, and was dry and bland once past the skin.

We have ordered from Chicken on the Run for 10+ years and it is ALWAYS delicious. The portions are great, your never left hungry, the taste is amazing, and it's always fresh and hot. I HIGHLY recommend them you will never get a bad order and the recipe they use is the best. 10 out of 10

Store added a significant surcharge for a special request without confirmation first. There is nothing in the listing indicating there would be that much of an upcharge and they failed to ask first. Not acceptable. Even worse - the drumsticks were in rough shape with very little meat on them. This used to be my favourite chicken shop but quality has been slowly degrading while prices are increasing. I will not order here again.
