"I never leave reviews(especially not for chains) but I felt compelled to. If I could give them 6 stars I would. This is the best experience I've had with Dunkin in my 40 years of living. Everything was hot and perfect. Funny thing, my order was actually rerouted from the Dunkin closest to me (Riverwood, Evans) to this one near the Home Depot on washington, and I am SO happy they did. It's much better than the dunkin closest to me. So much better that i will now be going out of my way to go to this dunkin. They didn't have the flavor bagel that i wanted and my dasher communicated that and i got what was available. Even with that, it was the best quality sandwich I’ve had from DD, ever.
Dunkin' as a whole- i LOVE fact that their bag comes COMPLETELY sealed. My dasher was amazing, but there are other dashers that take things out of the bag. Dunkin ensures nothing goes IN or OUT the bag. Genius, and all other restaurants should follow suit. "

"First time ordering, saw them as the most popular place this week on doordash and decided to give it a shot! Everything was delicious, my French Toast Twist was sweet and salty and hit the spot, I stole 2 or 3 bites from the Traditional, which the onion bagel is perfect with, and will definitely be ordering one for myself next time. We split the Elemy's Lox with the black sesame seed bagel and as a huge lox fan the cream cheese was wonderful and the other accompaniments were generous while keeping the sandwich light and true to a lox bagel ! Overall the sandwiches are excellent and perfect for a busy day (or in my case a lazy day) , made great by tasty fresh bagels and amazing customer service. Love to see it at a new spot in Augusta!
