However, in my most recent order, the two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I paid for were missing. It was disappointing because they were an important part of the meal. I hope the staff can double-check orders before sending them out to avoid mistakes like this. Perfect sauce, still hot and crispy, not soggy at all, and I asked for one extra blue cheese and they gave me two!
Zingers with blue cheese and garlic Parm sauce mixed were an excellent addition, the warm Bavarian pretzel was warm and crispy and perfect (wrapped in foil instead of a plastic container which I'm sure helped), and the loaded fries tasted fresh and perfect, which is again surprising since that's usually a guaranteed delivery cold and soggy dish.

"I loved the location in Manhattan, so I was excited to see I can order delivery from the other locations now. Surprisingly, the chicken arrived crispy even though the delivery took about an hour and had another stop along the way. The Crispy Spicy Fried Wings wasn't as spicy as the ones I had in the Manhattan, but they were still delicious. I did order both the spicy and regular, but they didn't label the boxes. That's one thing I would suggest they do. My grandma doesn't eat spicy, so I had to taste test to make sure before sharing some with her. However, my spice tolerance is pretty high.
