Lots of Intestines. But, with this dish a balance is best.
However, even though Intestines are super expensive, and i appreciate the extra, I would have preferred to purchase an order of Intestines, separate from this order of intestines and sour vegetables.
But, I am not a millionaire. So, a weird position to be in.
The sour vegetables are awesome. But, it is like cheese. It is ready when it's ready.
Maybe, they ate the good ones before i could put my face it?

A bit of life in every bite.
The bell peppers were not fermented. So, those were trash, compared to the dish. But, 95% was joy.
All things were good.
The Chicken feet were not as soft as I expected from them. / Just not done correctly. / The recipe was there. But, they were nicer and more delicious before. / Was, a little crisp, plus bone mostly soft before, and a lot of flavor. / Not, the joy as before but still good. A little disappointment, from 20 years plus going there.
I do not see an area for photographs.
I will update with a couple if I find that.
