It's been a while since I've been able to order DoorDash and once I was able to treat myself again of course I picked my favorite place and got my favorite chicken burrito. I added guacamole and a little bit of extra beans. After the first, time I drove to store and the immediately apologized, claiming the driver took off before they could stop him. I questioned this since the driver asked for a five star when he arrived, but noticed he only had two drinks with, so asked him what happened to my order. He looked surprised, and stated that is all they gave him. Strange.
I decided to try my luck again today, and sure enough, they left out the egg and cheddar protein box. But it doesn't stop there. You see, when I've ordered through their drivethru, there's a repeated pattern. First, I have to constantly repeat my order, even after deliberately speaking slowly and clearly, it never seems to go smoothly. It's especially noticeable, since this doesn't happen when I order at other locations. Also, it seems the majority of times, I have to pull over and wait by the redline, even when there's no one behind me.
It's unfortunate, since this is closest one to my residence, but hands down the worst and will no longer order anything from there again; it's so over-the-top ridiculous."

"So I thought I would order it a few times before I left the review. I ordered from DoorDash every day and my main concern has always been complete inconsistency for the restaurant food. I think I've watered now maybe five or six times in the last two weeks. So far by leaps and bounds as far as a delivery salad this is far better than anywhere else in town. I have to mention the fact that the add-ons are very inexpensive. I think if there was anything that I could comment on would be the fact that the fork that is supplied is pretty much useless. Also, a napkin would be greatly appreciated. As healthy as I'm trying to eat once in a while I wouldn't mind a bag of chips on the side! However, we have not experienced fresh sourdough fresh cold, cuts, and amazing tasting sandwiches like we do here.
