"So I thought I would order it a few times before I left the review. I ordered from DoorDash every day and my main concern has always been complete inconsistency for the restaurant food. I think I've watered now maybe five or six times in the last two weeks. So far by leaps and bounds as far as a delivery salad this is far better than anywhere else in town. I have to mention the fact that the add-ons are very inexpensive. I think if there was anything that I could comment on would be the fact that the fork that is supplied is pretty much useless. Also, a napkin would be greatly appreciated. As healthy as I'm trying to eat once in a while I wouldn't mind a bag of chips on the side! Having said that as a veteran of the food industry, I do know for a fact that simplicity is key but every now and again I do like a bag of chips! This deli has fresh sourdough. Every time we’ve ordered the sourdough has been fresh. The French bread has been fresh.
All the meat and cold cuts are fresh the vinaigrettes and the sandwiches have absolutely amazing flavor.
We have eaten at several delis since we moved over here from the central coast
However, we have not experienced fresh sourdough fresh cold, cuts, and amazing tasting sandwiches like we do here.
My mother owned two restaurants in Avila Beach, and we know what it takes to keep a restaurant at top-tier, and this place is top-tier
I just want to thank the owner and all those who work there for striving in the spirit of excellence
It is not easy keeping your place functioning at this level. It takes a lot of work, dedication and consistency.
And these guys have done all the right stuff to remain at tier 1 level
Like I said, my wife and I have ordered from just about every deli in Fresno and none of them come close to this quality here,
not to mention when you pick up one of the sandwiches here you can feel the weight of all the goodness you’re about to partake in.

I even tried to ghost pepper chilies on a chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing.

"The Thick Chicago-Style Pan Pizza (10" Only) The sauce taste very good it has really good flavor to it and there was enough sauce so the pizza was not dry. The toppings were fresh which included fresh mushrooms not canned. The best part of this pizza in my opinion is the crust. It is a thick crust but it was not doughy but light and crisp. Probably one of the best crusts I have had. This Pizza was excellent however I would probably order a large regular pizza next time because it is bigger and you get more pieces and the crust is just a little bit thinner."
