"I forgot how good Arsenio's special chicken burritos really are. It's been a while since I've been able to order DoorDash and once I was able to treat myself again of course I picked my favorite place and got my favorite chicken burrito. I added guacamole and a little bit of extra beans. It was messy in the perfect way because all the extras that fell out of the burrito and made sure they landed on top of my french fries and it was like a whole other meal in itself. The Dr. Pepper was the most dr.peppery dr.pepper I've had in a while. They have really great carbonation at this restaurant also. After the first, time I drove to store and the immediately apologized, claiming the driver took off before they could stop him. I questioned this since the driver asked for a five star when he arrived, but noticed he only had two drinks with, so asked him what happened to my order. He looked surprised, and stated that is all they gave him. Strange.
I decided to try my luck again today, and sure enough, they left out the egg and cheddar protein box. But it doesn't stop there. You see, when I've ordered through their drivethru, there's a repeated pattern. First, I have to constantly repeat my order, even after deliberately speaking slowly and clearly, it never seems to go smoothly. It's especially noticeable, since this doesn't happen when I order at other locations. Also, it seems the majority of times, I have to pull over and wait by the redline, even when there's no one behind me.
It's unfortunate, since this is closest one to my residence, but hands down the worst and will no longer order anything from there again; it's so over-the-top ridiculous."
