My order was not correct. I was charged for an upgrade that I did not get and the food was not fresh. I ordered a chicken and steak plate with dumplings as both of my sides and paid the additional up charge on that. I received salad in place of the second order of dumplings, and the salad was old and wilted. The amount of rice was very little.
