"I was a little disappointed with the size to price ratio and the taste was a little less than what I expected but was still good."
"Very disappointing, this location is terrible compared to the Pearland location. First time ordering from here and everything was so bad. Sad because we left a rave review for the Pearland spot. The chocolate pastry had barely any chocolate in it at all, for over 6 dollar you would think they would make it loaded, the other location gives you way more and tasted like we were just eating plain bread. The fruit they use here is so bad, again the other location gives the best fruit at peak flavor and ripeness, this one however had very poor fruit, all the strawberries were still green, like how does a self respecting French pastry bakery put junk like that out to customers and for the exorbitant fees they charge too? An almost 80 dollar order for a few pastries and coffee and almost all of it was not good and pathetic, the other location was always great and we ordered a few times a month but this place we will never order from again.
The only decent items were the Matcha Latte and the coffee croissant everything else we feel as though they just robbed us of our money. Most of the items had literally no taste and no flavor.
Do not recommend them at all. Go to the Pearland location instead much better quality.

"First time to try Black Rock. Coffee & muffin were very good. Best thing aboutmy order was that I could actually order it for delivery. I am a Starbucks junkie, but ordering a drink drink from any of the delivery apps is difficult and very expensive if you use sugar free syrups. Example: @ SB a venti sugar free vanilla latte ends up costing $12.05 to build a Venti Latte w/sugar free syrup and 1extra shotbecause the apps charge you over $1 for each pump of syrup added.
This Black Rock coffee tastes good, allows you to select sugar free syrup with no extra cost and only cost $9.30 for the same delivered drink. All the apps could improve the method for syrups selection and additions. They must not realize just how many diabetics and sugar free users are out there.
I did enjoy my coffee and would recommend Black Rock especially if you use sugar free and/or delivery."

The employee who gave me my order was nice and offered me a drink, which I appreciated. However, she went to the back and returned with the drink already opened with the straw placed inside.
