"Bacon was all fat. Out of three full orders of bacon in our delivery, only 1.5 thin *pieces* had any meat. The rest was 100% fat. I've never seen cooked bacon that fatty. The scrambled eggs and French toast were cooked unevenly, each being partly dry and overdone and partly soggy and undercooked, which is quite an accomplishment. This is not the first time our food has been poor quality and badly prepared, but we waited a year to order again and thought it would be better. Unfortunately, it was not. "

"I love Panera Bread. The food is always fresh and so good. It never disappoints when I order food from them. "It's been a few years since I ate at Panera and the quality has taken a nose dive. Everything was stale, the smoothie tasted sour and the lettuce on the chicken salad was wilted. The latte tasted like instant coffee and the Cinnamon roll had lemon flavored frosting which was just odd. The Ham Croissant Benny was the only thing that was ok, but I've had better from the grab and go at WAWA for 1/2 the price. "

"This place is amazing. When I can go in person, I do, because it's such a nice atmosphere inside. Even when I can't, they always cook the food very nicely and it's very authentic to Japanese culture. The tornado omelet rice is my favorite dish! I don't like vegetables, so the choice to put just fluffy white rice under the egg is great for me. They're a relatively new restaurant, so I can't wait to see them become a staple in the community."
