"The ice cream was delicious! Unfortunately they were out of both flavors we ordered and they didn't even tell us this. We discovered it after leaving with our items. My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. Barring those options, if you’re going to make a swap, make it a SIMILAR item; don’t change dairy for non-dairy or fruit for candy, etc. People have allergies, intolerances and preferences to consider. I believe they use a power version VS other companies that use the liquid which makes it a little more sweet. This tea tasted a little grainy, milky, and not a lot of sweetness/nor that "spice" kick you normally get. Lastly, the everything Bagel (toasted with spread) with extra cream cheese. It seemed as if the bread had almost been scooped out the bagel was so thin. Yes, I asked for extra cream cheese but there was SO much cream cheese it filled up one of my 1/4 cup jars. One suggestion I have is if a client wants a toasted bagel and CC to put the CC on the side. Once it's delivered it is no longer warm and we're unable to re-toast with the CC already in the bagel."
