"The ice cream was delicious! Unfortunately they were out of both flavors we ordered and they didn't even tell us this. We discovered it after leaving with our items. My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered.
