"This was my first time trying ramen that didn't come out of a plastic package. I was definitely not disappointed! I swapped the noodles to udon, because of a personal preference, but it is fantastic with both noodles. The pork belly is tender and delicious, the fish cakes were interesting, but I really enjoyed them, and the boiled egg is a hard boil instead of a soft boil, but still great. The chasu ramen - pork belly topping is delivered in 2 containers. One has the noodles, pork belly, egg and fish cakes, and the other is the soup base- filled with bok choy and bean sprouts. Absolutely amazing. It was delivered quickly and was still very hot, even considering it came from all the way across town. Totally recommend."
