"when Marco's is great, they're great. but when they're not great, they're bad in really specific and confusing ways. tonight I got my regular small pizza with original crust, and they sent me what looks to be a medium pizza (which, sure, is more pizza than I paid for) with a thin crust. and it's... mostly cooked? and cut into four enormous pieces. two times now, my order has been stolen, so obviously no one's paying attention to the pickup area, and every once in a while it's like they just got distracted and walked off halfway through making the pizza.
