"Today (7/4/26), was our first time ordering from this restaurant, located in Cary, NC. Unfortunately, our original DoorDash order was likely stolen by the first driver. What could have been a terrible experience turned into an outstanding example of customer service and delicious food.
Gabe, a member of the restaurant team, went above and beyond. Once they realized what had happened, they kept us informed, worked with DoorDash, had our order remade, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
We ordered the Chicken & Ribs Bundle with an extra side of Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts. The portions were very generous, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the wait.

When I've ordered their boneless wings, I get a different amount every time even though I order the same number. There have been tiny little pieces (i.e, crumbs) and a few standard size boneless wings. It just isn't worth the money. Especially with charging a "long distance" fee. "Order was mostly correct- as in we got Hook & Ladder® sandwiches, but they were absolutely tiny (measured them and they weren't even close to 7"- the minimum size of a medium). It was more like a 6" subway sandwich, and the Medium is usually at least 2/3 the size of the to-go container or so. Just saying we would have ordered more if we thought they'd be that tiny.
The Dessert Bundle 3 was not what we ordered and it would've been nice if they had at least told us at some point that they were giving us something different/not what we ordered- even if it was just at pickup.
