The rice used for the sushi rolls was extremely sticky. They must've had too much water when cooking rice. The crunchy tempura flakes were still soggy and oily. They need to be dried, so it's more crispy. With the heavily sticky rice and oily/soggy tempura flakes made the rolls just unpleasant and very soggy.
Shrimp & Chicken Hibachi
The chicken was very bland, flavorless, and extremely dry. First time I've seen and tasted a hibachi dish so oily. So much that it made the (underneath) rice drenched in oil.
As a former assistant sushi chef where rice prep was one of my main daily duties and specializing in sushi rolls, the rice needs a lot of work if that's their normal.
This was my first time trying here. Sorry but not a place I would ever try again."

It had a stewy sauce look and taste to it, but the portion was plentiful And the Oxtails were very tender and fall if the bone. Just not the traditional Oxtails I am use to.
The Coco Bread was okay, but looked just as I have had it from other Jamaican restaurants. The cabbages were not seasoned and the rice and peas were over cooked and dry. If I had been in the restaurant, I definitely sent it back and got a refund because after that, I had lost my appetite and the meal was NOT cheap. Expected better for the price!

"Tsaocaa's secretly a fried chicken place because their fried chicken is actually SO GOOD!! I recommend the honey garlic 10 pc, super juicy and addicting. It's definitely Asian style fried chicken that you'd find in East-Asia as compared to Southern-USA style fried chicken, as the batter is lighter and the flavor is on the sweeter side. The fuzhounese 'premium' milk teas from tsaocaa also tastes identical to some of the best milk teas I've had in China, and the soup dumplings are pretty good, one of the best you'll find in Raleigh right now.
