"So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. I won't be back, way too expensive for all this to be such a mess."

Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits.
