"Really enjoyed the fruit-filled crepe. 5 stars on the crepe. Prepared as Custom-ordered with banana, peach & caramel topping. Delicate and satisfying without being heavy or overly sweet. Plate-sized and packaged well for delivery, no leaks. Fruit is stuffed inside the crepe as well as topping it. The caramel and ice cream scoop (included) arrived in separate little containers. Unmelted ( fast prep and quick delivery via Door Dash). Crepe was a hit.
Less impressed with the Cubana sandwich. 3 stars out of 5. While it was fairly tasty and stuffed with shredded pork and ham, arrived still warm and wrapped in foil.... but ... unfortunately the bottom layer grilled bread was really really soggy as was the lettuce. Most likely due to juices from the shredded pork, and runny tomatoes and mayo. Next time I would request them to hold the lettuce (so soggy!) and also skip the tomatoes and mayo. The sandwich came with spicy hot sauce and peppers on the side, but no fries or chips included. Beware that spicy sauce, it is fire! Good thing they serve it on the side. Fans of hot spicy sauce will like it a lot.
Delivery arrived fast, with utensils in the bag but no napkins.
Overall a decent enough first impression that we will probably try them again and explore the menu further. "

"I know this is the closest L&L to me but it just doesn't taste anywhere near as good as any of the other L&Ls in the area. I've been eating at the other L&Ls for years and I know the flavors as if they came out of my own kitchen, and this particular L&L always misses the mark. The Loco Moco gravy always tastes like it was made with nothing but 15lbs of black pepper and black pepper only. There is SO MUCH black pepper in this gravy that I can see the black pepper all over the gravy, the eggs, the rice, and the hamburger patty! Absolutely nothing needs THAT much pepper, and if it does then you're making it WRONG! The macaroni salad (which is honestly my favorite side at L&L) is missing the tuna and is completely flavorless at this location. The worst part: my DoorDash orders always default to this location! So I either have to choose a different Hawaiian Bbq Restaurant, or wait until this location closes for the night and order my dinner way later than I want to eat to get L&L from a location that actually knows how to make its franchise recipes."

"The Turkey Club triple decker sandwich was $17.98, we received a dry half a sandwich cut in two quarter pieces that was barely filled and mostly just bread, and instead of fries we ordered a cup of chili. The store made a mistake and gave us some half sandwich soup lunch portion when we ordered the whole sandwich and as our side, a "cup" of chili. They did not include condiments for sandwhich. We ordered x2 of Bowl of Chili with cornbread. The "bowl" was only very slightly bigger than the "cup" of chili so that seemed like a rip off regarding price and portion. The Turkey Club "cup" of chili didn't come with sour cream or cornbread. They did give us a saltines, which may have been the trade off, saltines are okay but it would have been nice to have another piece of cornbread in addition to saltines. Everything was fresh, Bowl of Chili and cornbread tasted good. Turkey Club would have been good if it wasn't majority bread, if they included the whole Sandwich and they included condiments on the side. Sandwich was dry and needed mayonnaise badly, unfortunately we were all out in the fridge.
Prices, portion size and attention to detail need work.
We would order again hoping for a different outcome."
