"Very bland and disappointing. Mashed potatoes are hard. There's no flavor in any of it, to be honest. And there was no cranberry sauce. There was an option to add a "green salad." So just be aware before ordering, they literally mean just lettuce. I think my brain just processed it as a garden salad when I ordered it, so that's on me, I guess. Overall, the meal has basically been sitting here for several hours untouched besides the initial taste test. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I enjoy the restaurant 9 times out of 10."

"Carls jr seems to be going down hill. The 3 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ came in like 8 small over cooked pieces. The Famous Star® with Cheese Combo was order with extra mayo but it was unbelievably filled with it. I always order my burgers like this and have never seen so much mayo. And I really hate that they dont allow you to add ket or sauces for del and dont include it with your order. If we order fries it should automatically come with ketchup. "
