"This is the real deal. This is kibbeh like my daddy used to make at home. .No other place in Houston does it like this. It's authentic. Brings back some happy childhood memories from long ago. The owners are so nice. They were out of the frozen half pan that I was trying to order, and they called me to tell me that they had 3 triangles left in the freezer, so we changed my order so I could get my Kibbeh! So delicious. The triangles are huge too. The crust on the brisket was beautifully flavored and complimented the meat. The sausage was very flavorful and the skin had a nice snap to it when you bit into it. The sauce complimented the meats quite well. The baked beans were nicely flavored. The potato salad needed a lot of help. More chunky, less creamy. Add boiled eggs and some mustard. The fried okra was crispy. The cornbread muffin was way too dense, no flavor. Really needed some TLC. The muffin needs to be more flavorful and perfectly crumbly. Maybe add some jalapeno pieces. But definitely needs work. All in all, the meal was awesome. The meats were very tender and delicately tasty. I would definitely order from here again despite the distance from me. Kudos to the Gaitlan's BBQ. Was a beautiful experience indeed!"

One more thing: if you’re serving food in a box that needs to stay flat, don’t package it in a handled bag the moment the dasher lifts the bag by the handles the food slides into a corner. Of course the one who picks it up should carry it carefully too but the packaging should be designed to prevent that from happening in the first place. Simply use bags with a wider base for these orders so it stays flat during transport.
