However, despite its name, the dish was not spicy, making it somewhat disappointing if you're expecting authentic Szechuan heat. The rice portion was also smaller than expected, and increasing it would create a more balanced meal.
One improvement I would recommend is allowing customers to customize the spice level through DoorDash, with options such as mild, medium, hot, extra hot, or less spicy. This would provide a better dining experience and help meet different preferences. Like a well-balanced stir-fry, the spice should complement the flavors rather than be absent altogether.
