I ordered The HoneyBaked, and it was barely bigger than a soda can. On top of that, it tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while, and the texture was mushy. For $7, maybe it would’ve been acceptable but not at $15. I’m very disappointed, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning as a customer for over priced low quality food. Do better HoneyBaked Ham."
"The Turkey dinner meal with the side of scalloped potatoes was well seasoned and taste great as well received quickly and correctly upon arrival. However the side of broccoli was seasoned with too much lemon and tasted very pungent as well the potato salad had a weird aftertaste and the 3 pk ham biscuits were bland with little seasoning. We will oder again but avoid the sides which we had issues. In addition the Restraunt does a good job including all purchased items even when you order many items. However they need improvement in making sure all food items are sealed within the outside packaging or bag so we know nothing is tampered with and does not leak or spill out before delivery. Spoke to a manager about packaging not being sealed and she understood, apologized and would address that issue so it's safe and comforting for DD customers so customer service is efficient and outstanding. Gave a lower rating due to the taste issues of the items as well lack of packaging fell short."
