"we ordered the Shrimp & Grits Bowl . The order arrived in a very decent amount of time considering it's mother's day and it was still hot. I opened up the container and my first thought was like WTH???
it looked like a watery blend and almost no shrimp or sausage. Then I tried it and thought the same thing. BUT after I mixed it all together which you are supposed to do it was very good. All the spices sausage and shrimp came together and the cheese melted nicely. The eggs which I ordered over medium eggs perfectly cooked and the egg yolk melted into the grits. I discovered then there was more then enough shrimp and sausage in there. We are pleased and proven wrong with our judgmental eye.

"Well, this is a mixed review. The good news first. the Steak Fajitas were great except for a bit of chewy meat on a couple of strips. The "fixings" for the Fajitas were delicious except the serving portions are not even as big as 2 tablespoons total for the entire meal. So, it breaks down to one great fajita and some plain meat on the side. Ridiculously small portions in a small container with 4 tiny separate areas.
Now, you would think a restaurant called Chili's would have fantastic chili. Um no. The Bowl of the Original Chili was the ABSOLUTE WORST chili I have EVER tasted. It was disgusting. One bite and I tossed it in the trash. It was a very small bowl, too....for over $7.00.
I can't imagine if the owner or manager were to order and receive EXACTLY what I received how they would react. And, if they had to serve the same to friends and family in their homes, as I had to.....I wonder how many apologies they would have had to make.
