"The potential of this sandwich! But alas, the Giddy Up Melt fell a little short. *Keep in mind this is my review when all the food was lukewarm. Meat is great, just wish there was a little more of it for the price. There was about 20-30% of bread with no meat. Way too salty, the cheese is salty enough (I like salt, but this made it almost inedible) Glad I got it with no pickles or the salt content would have been a lot higher. Not enough sauce (if there was more, the sweetness could have balanced out the salt a bit), sandwich was dry. Way too greasy, ease up on the butter for the bread, we want it nice and toasted not drowning in grease, and if you use salted butter I would switch. French Fries were also over-salted and could have been cooked a little longer. Onion rings were, again, lukewarm, but great texture and flavor. Haven't gotten to the Treatin' Myself Melt yet. Overall, the sandwich is not worth 14 dollars but it could be. Got about 7 Onion Rings for the price and half was on the small side, fries as well would be considered a small. Price is decent for the fries and onion rings. I did notice that the Treatin' Myself Melt was about half the size of what is shown in the picture. "

"The food from Canes is always good. This is my favorite fast food place for a reason! Their chicken is crispy and flavorful, always. Their sauce is amazing, as is the Cole slaw and lemonade. I tend to opt for extra toast over fries because the toast is always the perfect blend of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Compared to other restaurants in the area, you get TONS of food for your money!!! Great value! The wait this time for the restaurant to confirm and make the order was very abnormally long, though... almost seemed like my order didn't get noticed at first, or was forgotten about, or the label didn't print until a long while after I ordered it. The time stamp on the label they put on my delivery bag was well over an hour after I had paid for my food. I almost cancelled the order. But thankfully my order finally got confirmed, they sent a driver over, and the food was still warm n' delicious by the time it was delivered! "I ordered the "carne adobada" dish, and it was very good! The meat (maybe pork?) had a nice char, and it was tender. There was more grizzle than I care for, but it was tasty nonetheless. The rice, macaroni salad, beans, and green salad (ranch) with one avocado slice (skin on) did not disappoint. I would have liked no onions tho, but they were chunky rings and I was able to put them aside. The meal came with some pickled jalapeños, and it was actually kinda low-key soothing. id order it again for sure!
I also ordered the "beef stew", and it comes with rice. I thought it was going to be more soupy, but it was very good! Nice chunks of carrots too!
Lastly, I ordered a strawberry shake, and that was superb! I am gonna order two of those next time! Props for separately bagging the drink from the food dishes. Good packaging."
