The meats all seemed as if they had been sitting waiting to be added, which is fine, but they were a bit dried out and heavy on the char.
Pretty standard egg noodles, thin cut and in a flavorful broth. Portions of woodear mushrooms and vegetables were good, and the meal was overall satisfying, but not exceptional.
