"As a first-time customer, I’d say this was just okay.
Before ordering, I checked Google and saw the restaurant had a perfect 5-star rating, so I went in with high expectations. Unfortunately, the fries were a complete miss. They tasted undercooked, were soggy, and lacked seasoning. They ended up feeling like a waste of money.
The salad was also disappointing. The chicken itself was well-seasoned, but the menu description is confusing. The item is listed as a “Crispy Chicken Salad,” yet when you’re asked to choose a protein, crispy chicken isn’t listed as an option. The menu also doesn’t indicate that the protein selection is optional, so I assumed I needed to choose one. I selected the spicy chicken, expecting breaded chicken tenders with a spicy seasoning, but instead received grilled chicken. It still tasted fine, but it wasn’t what I expected or what I intended to order, so that was disappointing.
One small suggestion: if possible, please double-tie the takeout bag. It only takes an extra second or two and gives customers added peace of mind by making any potential tampering more obvious.
Would I order again? Probably not as my first choice. I might give the restaurant another try by dining in, since the experience could be better in person. Overall, though, this order was just okay."
"My driver had to wait about15 minutes for my order. They were backed up. The Mango Tango did not look as pictured . The mango was on one side of the salad and the avocado on the other. I wish they sealed up the boxes with tape to make sure it's untouched until it gets delivered to the buyer. Placing the salad dressing on the side would be better as my salad got soggy by the time it reached to my home. I've tasted better Hum & Pitamus at a grocery store. The Greek Fries were interesting but it's hard to mess up fried fries."
