I also ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch salad. I feel like it was decent, but nothing write home to mom about, the container wasnt even 1/2 full, and they also put the plastic dressing container in with my salad. Rather then put the plastic dressing container in the bag they placed it in the salad. Its bothersome being Im sure it touched several areas/ hands before touching my salad.
I love food, and dont eat out often due to taking a chance on becoming sick unnecessarily with a low immune system. I treat myself maybe once a month.. I was a little disappointed in what I received after all the hype ive read. I will go in once and see if its the same as delivery..."

"After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! The chicken fried steak itself was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all! The gravy was thick and well seasoned. It was smaller than most chicken fried steaks and also more expensive (at least on DoorDash) than other comparable door dash CFS.
The mashed potatoes have an odd look, texture and taste. Of course it's all personal preference I just wasn't a fan. They were gritty, and tasted freezer burnt (that's the only way I can describe it, I'm sure they weren't actually freezer burnt).
The okra was okay, it was more of an okra rock since everything was battered together and stuck during cooking, made for a soggy and inconsistent fry."

"The food from here is always delicious. The Fajita Plate is cooked just right every time and you get so much food for one plate. Honestly we share it between two of us most of the time. The Corn in a Cup is also perfect and I love that they leave the Valentina in the side so you can make it as spicy as you like it. The Pan dulce was some new I tried, because I wasnt sure what it was or what I was gona get.
