The cause? Adding TOO much water to the guacamole (think guacamole soup) in an effort to stretch profit TOO far!
This condition is compounded by an app (Doordash) that does not allow the customer to give instructions like - "put the guac on the side."

"Ordered the Guacamole 32Oz for a party I was attending. It was very watered down, and the flavor was pretty bland. I added Pico de Gallo to it for flavor. If I had had avocados, I would have added more, since it was sooo watery. I would NOT order this again. If I had time, I would not have brought this to the party (I was slightly embarrassed)
The food, though, was tasty. The 1 1 Beef Enchilada was a very good portion and a meal in itself. The Especial Fish Taco was also good - I would have liked a bit more sauce on it, but otherwise yummy. Oh, and the beans were actually really good, nice flavor. I would order those again."
