"This is definitely the best Chinese food restaurant in the neighborhood, possibly the best Thai food restaurant unless you want very specific region Thai, and absolutely the best Door Dash restaurant.
I spend months of the year in SE Asia and literally everything I've had there has been great. It is extremely *clean, fresh, well prepared and seasoned, and cooked properly*. Every time.
They are fast! They allow you to select proteins, make substitutions, add comments or requests, select all the cutlery you need with many types of sauces available, and they get it right, also every time. They are open late! Still cooked fresh for you.
If you are not used to authentic Thai food it may look bland to you. Let me assure you it is not. The chilis used are much hotter than ones you see in America so less is used. This makes it mouth hot, but not stomach hot. The 5 will make your nose run and maybe flush your face out but if you want spicey for a Thai person you should tell them and they can do it. The 3 is hot enough for flavor id put it at raw jalapeño level."

"Grew up in Ohio and have been eating at this restaurant chain for 30 years. It has been declining for some time now but the one on Midway had actually started to get marginally better.
This was not better. I got the two for 1 deal and not one wing out of 80 were edible we had to throw them all out. All tiny wings, way too salty, overcooked, and with very little to no sauce. The jerk is my all time favorite and they were absolutely terrible. The medium are my second favorite and they had no sauce on them and I don't even think it was the correct order.
Hate to say it but this is probably the end of the road for me and BW3's. It's now so expensive, they removed a lot of their best options from the menu and the quality has absolutely hit rock bottom."
