The fries were ordinary cringle-cut fries like you might find in your grocery store's frozen food section, nothing like the picture or menu description. The caramel shake had only a small dollop of whipped cream, was unsealed, and came without a straw or spoon. Everything arrived near room temperature, even though the Sonic is not far from my house.
