Here's why, this is not roasted chicken, it's boiled or steamed, premade and in need of seasoning , texture is a thing for me and it's the reason why I got a salad from a restaurant and not from grocery store or food chain, to avoid that gummy texture. Description said roasted so I was expecting that.
Dressing has more of a honey mustard taste to it which is not what's expected but it looks made in house which I can appreciate.
Lettuce and other ingredients do feel, look and taste very fresh so points for that, I don't usually order from here. I would try the cafe again based on the portion being accurately represented in the picture, freshness and care put into the item packaging."

Said his Churro Fries didn't even need the included caramel and chocolate sauce they were that good. Got us both some Diet Pepsi which is always awesome.
