They actually went through the trouble to package the cold salad, seperately from the hot food. That only happens when someone cares. Do not be fooled by the name Big Loui's and think that this is simply a pizza joint. It's actually one of the best Italian American restaurants in town! Hands down. I spend every summer in Italy. We ordered the Oven Baked Lasagna which was a tiny, sandwich size portion. It was sloppy and burnt, and nowhere near the value for what we paid for.
We also ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo Sauce, which was a large order, but the value stopped there. The noodles were in large clumps sitting in a sauce that lacked any cheese flavor (using the leftovers for my coffee as cream). I had to physically break up the clumps of thin noodles (they don't deserve to be called fettuccine) and then mix it in the sauce. Bland!
The Sautéed Broccoli was okay, but lacked garlic of all things. Sausage was probably the best portion of the disappointing meal.
