As for the dough around it, was either over cooked/baked or just old, it was sucked in rather than round and smooth on the outside like it usually is. These pastries I buy so many times so I know how it's supposed to look and taste. I threw most of it away. Nothing was tased fresh. Two stars instead of one because the few other pastries i had was at least decent. "
